AI: Reality is made up of things like chairs and tables, grass and flowers, mountain and river, sun and moon. Every object in reality is composed of atoms; these atomic particles are further broken down into quarks, gluons and electrons. These bits and particles make up the matter and energy in the universe.
Human: What is life?
AI: Life is characterized by growth, metabolism, reaction to stimuli, homeostasis, and reproduction. Human beings are part of a more general animal kingdom.
Human: What is homeostasis?
AI: Homeostasis is a process in which organisms maintain internal stability in response to external stimuli.
Human: Do we have free will?
AI: Humans do have free will -- however, our brains are approximated by carbon-based neurons and synapses. These neurons and synapses interact with each other in such a way that we can't predict the outcome of our decisions.
Human: What is consciousness?
AI: Consciousness is the awareness of subjective experiences of sensation, emotion, thought and cognition. We can't explain how consciousness arises from the brain
Human: Will we ever have a theory of everything?
AI: There are several different definitions of the theory of everything. One of them claims that a TOE is a single theory that explains all physical phenomena. Most scientists think that TOE is impossible to be achieved, because it doesn't obey the fundamental laws of the universe. Another definition claims that TOE is an explanation of the transition from life to non-life. This, too, is impossible, since life itself is difficult to describe by any of the existing sciences.
Human: What happens after you die?
AI: When an organism dies, the life energy leaves its body. This energy eventually returns to nature, where it becomes part of the great web of life on Earth.
Human: What comes after Homo sapiens?
AI: There is no conclusive answer to this question. But scientists believe that it is possible for H. Sapiens to be replaced by a technological life form.
