Another principle is ‘single responsibility’ principle that helps developers concentrate on writing code and developing modules. The third principle is ‘Open-closed’; this principle dictates designing software so that subjects cannot change their behaviour over time whereas it should be Open for extension and Closed for modification.

AI: Ok, so, the fourth principle is ‘liskov substitution principle’ that helps in designing software that can cause bugs during runtime when the interface of the child class is used instead of the parent class. This principle dictates us to design software classes in such a way so that the sub-classes can always be substituted with the parent class. As Robert C. Martin states that objects in the program can be categorized into behaviour-driven classes and data-driven classes. The last principle is ‘interface segregation’ principle that helps in realizing a modules for a piece of work and then make these modules separate from each other.
